目前对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)疗效最确切的仍是持续正压通气治疗(CPAP).OSAHS患者的长期间歇性缺氧状态,可导致体内多系统功能损伤,极易引起内分泌以及心脑血管等系统的疾病发生.本综述对OSAHS患者伴系统合症的患者,在经过CPAP治疗之后器官功能的改善情况做一综述.
