Abstract
儿童腺样体肥大及鼻-鼻窦炎是儿童的常见病、多发病,两者关系密切,常常互为因果,增生肥大的腺样体可阻塞鼻腔,影响鼻腔正常通气引流,继而诱发甚至加重鼻窦炎;反之,鼻腔分泌物可进一步刺激腺样体,使之增生肥大.腺样体切除术可对儿童鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗产生积极的作用,明显提高其治愈率,而伴发鼻窦炎亦是腺样体肥大的手术指征,在诊断鼻窦炎的同时不能忽视腺样体肥大的可能.本文就儿童腺样体肥大伴鼻窦炎的诊断及治疗进展进行探讨.
