Abstract
良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)是临床最常见的前庭外周性眩晕,少数患者症状持续不愈或反复发作,此类称之为难治性BPPV.近年来,随着对BPPV的发病因素、临床表现和手法复位研究报道的增多和深入,日益受到学者和临床医师的关注和重视.本文就难治性BPPV的发病机制及其临床评价方法和意义做一综述.
