Abstract
目的 探讨儿童胰母细胞瘤的临床表现.方法 对我院8例儿童胰母细胞瘤进行临床资料回顾性分析.结果 患者均以发现腹部肿块为首要表现.结论 胰母细胞瘤主要发病于儿童,初诊时以腹部包块及上腹疼痛为主要表现,易局部浸润和远处转移,故治疗效果欠佳,平均生存期较短.
