Abstract
目的 探讨细胞因子基因多态性与中、重度慢性牙周炎遗传易感性的关系.方法 本次研究随机选取2018年2月～2019年2月我院收治的102例中、重度牙周炎患者进行分析,设为观察组.选择轻度牙周炎或者正常者作为对照组,共102例.针对两组龈沟液中白细胞介素-8和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平进行检查.结果 中、重度慢性牙周炎患者1L-β+3953等位基因2阳性基因频率、TNF-α-308等位基因2阳性基因频率高于对照组患者,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).
