Abstract
目的 评价3D打印Ti-6Al-4V合金机械性能.方法 制备3D打印Ti-6Al-4V合金试样,测试合金的机械性能和磨损量,观察拉伸试样的断口形貌及金相显微结构.结果 3D打印Ti-6Al-4V合金抗拉强度为(1388.62±41.16)MPa,屈服强度为(1387.66±41.06)MPa,延伸率为(15.93±1.03)%,磨损量(0.00078±0.00003)cm3;合金断口呈典型的韧性断裂特征,金相结构显示呈α+β相.结论 3D打印Ti-6Al-4V合金机械性能满足口腔修复的要求.
