Abstract
膝关节前外侧韧带(ALL)是膝关节前外侧区一条独立的韧带结构,能够维持前外侧区的稳定性,具有限制胫骨过度内旋、轴移的作用.熟悉ALL的解剖学特点,有助于协助临床进行评估,为损伤后修复和重建提供理论依据.针对ALL的影像检查方法、MR成像序列、MRI显示率、成像参数以及ALL与"Segond"骨折相关性的研究进展予以综述.
