Abstract
临床资料患者,女,60岁。因"腰腿部疼痛、活动受限2 d"入院。患者于2 d前无明显诱因出现腰腿部疼痛,以左侧腰背部及左大腿部为主,呈持续性隐痛,休息后疼痛无明显缓解,无低热、盗汗、乏力;既往有高血压病、糖尿病史,最高血压170/100 mm Hg,自服药物治疗,控制可。腰椎MRI示L4~5水平脊柱左侧占位性富血供病变。临床初步诊断为:（1）L4~5水平脊柱左侧
