可降解支架现状及研究进展

Abstract
可降解支架自20世纪90年代起已有很多研究报道,但至今仅有2种研究较全面的支架获得了欧盟CE合格证.目前的可降解支架主要以聚乳酸、镁、酪氨酸等为基础材料,相对普通药物洗脱支架有诸多优势,可显著降低血栓形成及再狭窄概率,但仍然面临一些问题需要攻克.本文就可降解支架在冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用现状及相关研究进展作一简要综述.
