Abstract
众所周知原发性开角型青光眼的发病机制倾向于遗传因素,Myocilin蛋白在眼部的分布极为广泛,该蛋白在疾病中发挥了关键的作用.突变型的Myocilin蛋白无法分泌或者分泌功能低下而聚集在细胞内,导致小梁网细胞凋亡；或者突变的Myocilin蛋白分泌后改变了小梁网的细胞外基质框架,阻碍房水外流,导致高眼压发生.但是,Myocilin蛋白的在原发性开角型青光眼发病机制中的作用还不是十分确切.
