某人群健康体检幽门螺旋杆菌感染情况分析

Abstract
目的 了解某人群幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染情况,为开展健康管理提供参考资料.方法 对2015年度某健康人群进行尿素13C呼气试验检测,比较不同年龄组及同年龄不同性别组阳性率,对结果进行研究分析.结果 男性Hp感染率为34.19%,女性感染率为33.37%,以40~49岁年龄组感染率最高,同年龄组男女阳性率差异无统计学意义.结论 该人群幽门螺旋杆菌感染率低于相普通人群,老年人群健康意识强于中青年人群.
