Abstract
目的探索微波辐射对中枢神经系统影响的机理. 方法以2450MHz 微波理疗机为辐射源,在照射总剂量相同的条件下对LACA纯种小白鼠分别进行2 d、7d和14d照射,照射强度均为5mW/cm2. 结果照射组小鼠大脑皮层的单胺氧化酶活性均较对照组高(P<0.05);2 d、7d组小鼠脑内去甲肾上腺素含量较对照组明显减少(P<0.001);各照射组5-羟吲哚乙酸含量均高于对照组,其中2 d和14 d组显著升高(P<0.001). 结论微波辐射会使脑内单胺类神经递质代谢发生异常.
