Abstract
随着经皮椎间孔镜(percutaneous endoscopic transforaminal lumbar discectomy,PELD)技术的不断改进与发展,椎间孔镜在腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)治疗中的应用越来越广泛,相比于传统的外科手术而言,现代PELD手术优势十分明显:创伤小,切口6～8 mm,费用低;有效降低了术后腰背部疼痛的发生率.由于国内引进椎间孔镜技术较晚,本文就椎间孔镜在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用作一综述.
