Abstract
肿瘤粒子植入术后发生针道种植转移的报道并不常见,造成种植的原因是部分肿瘤细胞脱落进入穿刺针道成活,临床可表现为皮下结节、皮肤表面溃烂等,种植转移肿瘤的治疗是临床医生面临的重要课题. 我院2017年6月接诊1例原发性肝癌腹膜后淋巴结转移经粒子植入治疗术后发生了种植瘤的患者, 并成功地开展CT引导下种植瘤射频消融术(radiofrequency ablation, RFA),现报告如下.
