Abstract
目的 探讨脑膜瘤磁共振DWI序列ADC图像与T1+C图像的关联性.方法 选取本院2014年01月-2018年12月的脑膜瘤患者共37例作为研究对象.其中男性患者11例,女性患者26例,年龄分布范围为37-72岁,平均(52.8)岁.所有总结对象均行MRI平扫及增强扫描.其中幕上28例,幕下9例.结果 所有病例的磁共振DWI序列ADC图像与T1+C图像信号相似度一致.结论 DWI序列ADC图像与T1+C图像信号表现一致,我们可以通过在DWI序列ADC图像的信号高低来判断脑膜瘤静注造影剂后的强化程度,以及评估脑膜瘤的血供情况.
