结直肠癌的发病率和致死率一直以来居高不下,早期发现、早期诊断和治疗是目前提高结直肠癌治愈率的最有效手段,寻找一种具有较高敏感性和特异性、操作简单、无创低危、人群依从性好的结直肠癌筛查手段则是达到上述目的 的关键.本文拟就结直肠癌的发病和治疗现状、诊断手段以及核基质蛋白在结直肠癌诊断中的价值进行综述.
