Abstract
先天性马蹄内翻足是常见儿童骨科疾病,严重妨碍行走功能.Ponseti方法矫正先天性马蹄内翻足,疗效较满意.笔者2006 - 06至2007 - 12采用简单麻醉条件下实施Ponseti方法石膏矫正马蹄内翻足,增加了患儿对治疗的依从性,取得了较好的石膏矫形效果.1临床资料1.1一般资料54例83足,采取在简单麻醉条件下Ponseti方法治疗,其中男39例,女15例,年龄12d至12个月.
