Abstract
翼状胬肉是在外界环境因素刺激下引起角膜血管或结膜上皮组织发生非感染性慢性炎症,从而引起眼部不适,美容缺陷,甚至影响视功能,由于翼状胬肉的术后复发率高.有报告高达20%～70%<'[1,2]>,因此,如何降低术后复发率成为眼科医师极为关心的话题.我们通过切除翼状胬肉后行自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗本病,取得满意效果.现报告如下.
