乳头状甲状腺癌CT误诊分析

Abstract
甲状腺癌是内分泌系统最常见恶性肿瘤,女性发病率大约是男性的3倍;乳头状甲状腺癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma, PTC)是甲状腺癌最常见的病理类型,近年来发病率增加明显,约占甲状腺癌的79%~94%[1].CT平扫及增强扫描是甲状腺结节的重要影像学检查方法之一.相对伴有淋巴结转移或周围侵犯的PTC,无淋巴结转移性及无周围结构侵犯的 PTC 误诊率更高.本文回顾性分析11例无淋巴结转移、无周结构围侵犯的误诊 PTC 病例,旨在更加准确把握 CT 诊断 PTC 的价值与限度.
