Abstract
外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘(traumatic carotid cavernous fistula,TCCF)是指因外伤造成颈内动脉海绵窦段或其分支破裂,与海绵窦之间形成异常的动静脉沟通.自1974年Serbinenko首次采用可脱球囊栓塞治疗TCCF以来,经血管内栓塞治疗已经成为TCCF治疗的首选方法.本科2010-03-2012-02采用球囊保护技术,经动脉途径使用Onyx胶栓塞治疗TCCF 8例,取得较好的疗效.
