Abstract
目的：观察不同水平层面正常腹主动脉的时间-流量、时间-流速曲线特征，探讨血流动力学因素在腹主动脉疾病发生、发展中的作用。方法对60例正常志愿者 T12/L1~L4/L5椎间盘水平层面的腹主动脉进行 PC-MRI 法扫描，并生成时间-流速、时间-流量曲线，观察不同水平层面腹主动脉的血流曲线特征。结果正常腹主动脉不同层面的时间-流量、时间-流速曲线呈2相(无舒张期反流)和3相(有舒张期反流)表现。结论不同水平层面腹主动脉的血流曲线特征不同。
