Abstract
目的探讨结肠支架在左半结肠肿瘤性梗阻中的应用价值.方法结合文献,分析了3例经手术病理证实的左半结肠肿瘤的临床资料.结果结肠支架植入技术成功率高,近期疗效理想,多数可在24 h内解除梗阻.结论结肠支架植入是治疗左半结肠肿瘤性梗阻的理想方法,为临床进一步治疗准备了条件.
