Abstract
患者 男,59岁.因“反复咳嗽1月余”人院,无咳痰,无咯血,无发热、胸闷胸痛.既往体健,吸烟20余年,每天约30支,已戒烟20余年.体检:神志清楚,呼吸稍促,血压150/97 mmHg;无胸壁压痛.双侧呼吸运动对称,呼吸深度正常,呼吸节律正常;双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿哕音及胸膜摩擦音.辅助检查:血常规:红细胞5.99×1012/L;血小板362.00×109/L;癌胚抗原测定(CEA):癌胚抗原295.65 ng/mL;细胞角蛋白19片段测定(CYFRA21-1):细胞角蛋白肺癌抗原6.28 ng/mL.
