前交叉韧带重建三种移植物中长期临床效果对比研究进展

Abstract
膝关节前交叉韧带重建效果和移植物选择密切相关,目前重建前交叉韧带以自体组织为主,从中长期随访结果来看,几种自体组织的效果相近,同种异体组织稍差,可作为自体组织的补充.而目前应用广泛的LARS人工韧带虽然短期效果较好,但长期效果仍待商榷.本文对用于膝关节前交叉韧带重建的三种移植物中远期临床效果进行了总结.
