利用HFETR制备高比活度锶-89溶液

Abstract
通过高通量工程实验堆(HFETR),利用核反应88Sr(n,γ)89Sr制备高比活度89SrCl2溶液,用于骨转移癌的治疗.以高纯富集88SrCO3为靶料,在热中子注量率约2×1014 n·cm-2·s-1条件下辐照56 d,经溶解、过滤,制得无色澄清的89SrCl2溶液,89Sr比活度7.77×109~1.08×1010 Bq·g-1,活度浓度3.59×108~1.21×109 Bq·mL-1,γ杂质含量0.11%~0.14%,铝含量小于2μg·mL-1(活度浓度换算为7.4×107 Bq·mL-1时),明显优于《中国药典》指标.89SrCl2溶液经检验,满足行业要求,可用作生产89 SrCl2注射液的原料.本研究完成单次7.4×1010 Bq级高纯度和高比活度89Sr制备装置研发,对医用同位素产品国产化具有重要意义.
