血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在机体的生理及病理状态下具有很强的促进血管生成的作用和调节血管内皮细胞的多种生物学功能.相关研究表明,VEGF与肿瘤的发生、发展及转移有密切的生物学联系,血清及组织内VEGF高表达与VEGF基因单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)有关.因此,本研究对VEGF基因SNP与泌尿生殖系统肿瘤的相关性作一综述.
