了解多西他赛+顺铂+5-氟尿嘧啶(Docetaxel+ Cisplatin+5-Fluorouracil,DCF)方案的特点及其作为新辅助化疗方案在胃癌中的应用.虽然标准的DCF方案能提高R0切除率,延长患者的总生存期,但存在一定的毒副反应.相信随着对新辅助化疗的不断研究,其在胃癌中的应用会日趋广泛.
