血清25-(OH)维生素D3与糖尿病周围神经病变严重程度的相关性

Abstract
目的:分析2型糖尿病合并糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者血清25-(OH)维生素D3(25-(OH)D3)水平变化,探讨其与神经病变严重程度的关系,为DPN的防治提供理论依据.方法:单纯糖尿病患者50例,糖尿病周围神经病变患者150例,用化学发光法测定患者血清25-(OH)D3水平,用TCSS评分对其进行病变程度分层分析.结果:糖尿病周围神经病变患者血清25-(OH)D3为(27.18±7.89) nmol/L,低于单纯糖尿病患者的(42.87±12.54) nmol/L,P＜0.05;血清25-(OH)D3水平与TCSS评分分层分析呈等级依赖性.结论:随着糖尿病周围神经病变严重程度增加,血清25-(OH)D3水平降低.
