部队干休所离休老干部心理障碍分析及对策

Abstract
目的:分析离休老干部的心理障碍与生存质量的相关性,探究其相应对策.方法:选取387例部队干休所离休老干部为研究对象,采用抑郁自评量表和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表对其进行调查.结果:抑郁自评量表平均得分为(54.7±7.8)分,无抑郁91例,轻度抑郁214例,中度抑郁82例,重度抑郁0例,共出现抑郁296例,抑郁发生率为76.49%;387例调查对象在心理领域的得分低于我国常模水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3种抑郁程度在5个领域的得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:部队干休所离休老干部心理障碍的发生率较高,其心理领域的生存质量与心理障碍有密切相关性.
