Abstract
嗜酸粒细胞性胃肠炎(eosinophilic gastroenteritis,EG)为临床少见疾病,其临床及内镜下表现缺乏特异性,易被漏诊误治.现报道我科收治1例,并进行文献复习如下.
1 临床资料
患者,女,49岁.因"间断性上腹不适、腹泻1个月,加重1周"主诉入院.患者1个月前无明显诱因出现上腹烧灼样不适,伴恶心,未吐,无反酸发热,腹泻呈稀水样便,3～5/d,未见黏液及脓血,查腹部超声未见异常.
