阑尾切除术后并发症37例诊治分析

Abstract
阑尾炎是外科常见病,目前仍以手术治疗为主.2008年8月-2011年11月,我们采用手术治疗各期阑尾炎486例,共发生术后并发症37例.现分析报告如下.
1临床资料
1.1一般情况 阑尾炎术后并发症37例中,男19例,女18例;年龄7～78岁,平均45岁.阑尾切除术后并发症包括切口感染24例,腹腔脓肿4例,腹壁窦道残端瘘2例,切口出血2例,腹壁包块2例,门静脉炎2例,切口疝1例.
