运动疲劳对人体心率变异性和肌电的影响

Abstract
目的 探讨青年军人运动疲劳对心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)和肌电的影响及其预警指标.方法 选择64名青年军人为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和实验组,各32人.运用疲劳评定量表(fatigue assessment instrument,FAI)、SPIRIT-2/4/8多通道生物反馈仪对所有对象进行HRV和肌电测评.结果 负重跑步前,两组HRV和肌电变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).负重跑步后,实验组较负重跑步前全部正常NN间期的标准差(standard deviation of NN intervals,SDNN)、全程每5 minNN间期平均值的标准差(standard deviation of the averages of NN intervals in all 5 min segments of the entire recording,SDANN)、0.0033~0.04 Hz频带范围的极低频(very low frequeney,VLF)功率、0.04~0.15 Hz功率频带范围的低频(low frequency,LF)功率与0.15~0.4 Hz频带范围的高频(high frequency,HF)功率的比值(LF/HF)变化差异均具有统计学意义(t值分别为3.997,4.098,3.420,-3.604,P均<0.01);对照组负重跑步前后,HRV和肌电变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).实验组与对照组在SDNN、全程相邻NN间期之差的均方根值(root mean square of successive differences,RMSSD)、全程相邻NN间期之差的标准差(standard deviation of difference between adjacent NN intervals,SDSD)、SDANN、VLF、5 min所有的功率谱密度(total power spectral density,TP)和LF/HF差异均具有统计学意义(t值分别为-6.973,-3.095,-4.921,-6.166,-4.498,-4.395,4.812,P均<0.01).结论 运动疲劳对肌电没有影响,对HRV有影响.HRV的SDNN、SDANN、VLF、LF/HF可以作为预警运动疲劳的指标.
