Abstract
单链抗体(signal-chain bi-functional antibody, scFv)是一种新型的基因工程抗体(gene engineering antibody,GEAb),由抗体的重链(heavy chain, VH)可变区和轻链(lighe chain, VL)可变区通过一段短肽(Linker)连接而成.与单克隆抗体相比,单链抗体有诸多优点,并可以将药物、毒素、放射性核素等导向肿瘤,在肿瘤的显像诊断和导向治疗中有很大的临床应用潜能.scFv是一很有价值的小分子抗体.
