Abstract
G蛋白偶联受体激酶2 (GRK2)为G蛋白偶联受体激酶家族重要成员,GRK2结构的N端和C端共同发挥受体识别和亚细胞定位的功能.GRK2可磷酸化G蛋白偶联受体(GPCRs)和非GPCRs途径参与的相关信号通路,调节机体病理生理过程.GRK2在心脏、肝、肾、肺等多种器官纤维化中表达异常,本文就GRK2在纤维化疾病中的调控作用进行综述.
