随着质子泵抑制剂在临床的广泛应用,近年来质子泵抑制剂致急性问质性肾炎和慢性肾脏病的不良反应报道也越来越多,引起了专家的广泛关注.本文主要对质子泵抑制剂致肾脏不良反应的研究进展进行综述.从案例报道和病例回顾角度总结了近年来质子泵抑制剂致肾脏不良反应的临床特点、发病率、发病机制及治疗等,为临床安全用药提供依据.
