Abstract
定位扫描像(Scout view或称Scanogram,以下简称定位像)有重要价值,操作者可根据定位像选择机架的倾斜角度,并可在定位像上用参考线标出要扫描的位置、角度及层厚,以供医生分析提供准确可靠定位依据.CT扫描常规应先定位扫描,而有的医院CT科(室)在进行CT扫描时未先扫描定位像,或CT片上未照定位像,给诊断及定位带来麻烦,为此笔者就定位像的价值进行探讨.
