Abstract
目的 研究别嘌醇(allopurinol,Allo)联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)对肝癌HepG2细胞增殖和凋亡的影响.方法 用不同质量浓度和配伍的别嘌醇、5-Fu处理HepG2细胞,用CCK-8法检测细胞增殖,用流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡.结果 单用别嘌醇对HepG2细胞增殖有微弱的抑制作用;别嘌醇与5-Fu联用能抑制HepG2细胞的增殖,并具有质量浓度(1~3μg/L)和时间(24,48,72 h)依赖性,两药联用比单用5-Fu时抑制率更高;别嘌醇与5-Fu联用时HepG2细胞的凋亡率为39.17%,高于单用5-Fu的30.86%(P<0.05).结论 别嘌醇与5-Fu联用对肝癌HepG2细胞的增殖抑制和凋亡具有增强作用.
