Abstract
目的 探讨阿仑磷酸钠片(福善美)治疗预防骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折再骨折的临床疗效.方法 选择医院骨科2012年5月至2016年6月收治的80例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组口服碳酸钙D3片,观察组口服福善美,均治疗6个月.结果 治疗后两组血清骨保护素(OPG)水平较治疗前显著下降,血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨密度均显著上升,且观察组变化幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组再骨折发生率为15.00%,明显高于观察组的2.50%(P<0.05).结论 福善美可通过增加骨密度、降低OPG水平、提高ALP水平,有效降低骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折再骨折的发生,值得临床推广.
