高效液相色谱法同时测定连翘叶中连翘酯苷A和连翘苷含量

Abstract
目的 建立同时测定连翘叶中连翘酯苷A和连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1％磷酸溶液(32;68)为流动相,检测波长为227nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,进样量为10 μL,柱温为30℃.结果 连翘酯苷A、连翘苷进样量分别在293.170～3 664.624 ng(r =0.999 980)和333.760 ～4 172.000ng(r =0.999 991)范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.00％(RSD=1.88％)和99.97％(RSD=2.11％).结论 该法操作简便、结果准确、专属性强,可用于同时测定连翘叶中连翘酯苷A和连翘苷的含量.
