Abstract

目的:改变盐酸普萘洛尔片含量测定的溶剂,减少环境污染.方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以30%乙醇溶液作溶剂,检测波长290 nm,吸收系数(E1%1cm)为189.结果:在8～40μg/mL范围内吸收度与浓度线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.57%.结论:该方法适用于盐酸普萘洛尔片的含量测定.
