Abstract
目的:系统评价生血宁片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的疗效,为临床提供循证参考.方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等数据库中2008－2018年发表的关于生血宁片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的临床随机对照试验(RCT),筛选文献、提取资料并采用改良后的Jadad评分量表评价纳入研究的质量,采用Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入11项RCT,合计1 617例患者.生血宁片的总有效率均显著高于硫酸亚铁[OR＝8.73,95%CI(2.96,25.69),P＜0.05]、琥珀酸亚铁[OR＝1.86,95%CI(1.04, 3.33),P＜0.05]和膳食调理[OR＝3.43,95%CI(2.08,5.66),P＜0.05],差异均有统计学意义.结论:生血宁片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血的疗效显著优于常规补铁剂.
