目的 探讨临床药师在阿司匹林皮肤过敏脱敏治疗中发挥的作用.方法临床药师参与1 例阿司匹林皮肤过敏脱敏的药物治疗过程, 并对患者实施全程化药学监护.结果 医生采纳临床药师建议, 脱敏治疗成功, 使患者能够继续用药.结论 临床药师参与临床药物治疗实践, 为患者提供个体化药学服务, 可使患者用药更加安全有效.
