Abstract
目的 建立UV-VIS法测定湿热消颗粒中总黄酮含量的不确定度评价方法 .方法 以槲皮素为对照品,采用UV-VIS法测定湿热消颗粒中的总黄酮含量,并进行方法 学验证,再分别对对照品溶液的配制、供试品溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合以及回收率试验等因素引入不确定度进行评估,计算合成不确定度,最终给出扩展不确定度.结果 含量测定结果 在95％CI下的扩展不确定度为(0.0319±0.0075)mg/mg.结论 建立的不确定度评价法可作为UV-VIS进行总物质含量测定的不确定分析.
