Abstract
目的 探讨临床药师在实施临床路径管理和促进合理用药中的作用.方法 根据临床路径合理用药评价标准,对我院电子病历系统中的所有临床路径病种进行药物合理性审核.结果 临床药师在医嘱审核中发现了临床用药存在的共性问题,通过及时反馈,督促整改,提高了全院合理用药率,降低了临床路径治疗费用.结论 临床路径用药模板审核可以作为临床药师参与临床路径管理工作,促进全院合理用药的平台.
