Abstract
目的 优选消喘贴敷膏剂的促渗剂.方法 采用Franz扩散池,以体外小鼠腹部皮肤为屏障,采用高效液相色谱法测定芥子碱硫氰酸盐的单位面积累积渗透量、渗透吸收速率,对促渗剂进行选择并确定其用量.结果 氮酮和丙二醇联用的促渗效果明显优于其他几种促渗剂,确定丙二醇与氮酮的用量比为2:1,总质量分数为5%.芥子碱硫氰酸盐24 h单位面积累计渗透量为369.59μg·(cm2)-1,透皮速率常数14.19μg·(cm2)-1·h-1,增渗倍数3.19.结论 丙二醇与氮酮用量比为2:1,总用量5%,促渗效果最明显,可作为消喘贴敷膏剂的促渗剂使用.
