Abstract
目的 采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定枇杷叶及其制剂中三萜类成分含量,初步探索熊果酸和齐墩果酸作为枇杷叶制剂定量检测标志性化合物的可能.方法 比较枇杷叶膏样品两种脱糖方式.用HPLC分析枇杷叶药材及其制剂中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的含量.色谱柱为迪马Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(95∶5)为流动相,流速0.5 mL·min-1,柱温30 ℃,进样量10 μL,检测波长210 nm.结果 枇杷叶药材及其制品中均含有熊果酸和齐墩果酸,且含量均比较稳定.结论 熊果酸和齐墩果酸可作为枇杷叶制剂定量控制的标志性化合物.
