Abstract
纳洛酮的化学结构与吗啡相似,对阿片受体的亲合力大于吗啡,用于阿片类药物过量引起的呼吸抑制和昏迷,可迅速改善呼吸,使意识清醒.由于纳洛酮可阻断内源性物质内啡肽等与受体结合,缓解应急状态下大量内源性阿片类物质对机体继发性损害,对抗阿片类物质的镇痛、心血管、内分泌效应.现就其临床应用,综述如下.
