Abstract
早在1999年,Dieterich和Brandt [1]对90例偏头痛伴眩晕的患者进行分析, 首次提出了前庭性偏头痛 (vestibular migraine, VM) 的诊断. 随着VM的研究不断深入,在2013年国际头痛学会 (International Headache Society,IHS) 制定的第三版国际头痛疾病分类-β 测试版 (The International Classification of Headache Disorders 3rd edition beta version, ICHD-3β)中,首次引入了VM的诊断,给出了明确的诊断标准[2].据有关数据,VM的患病率高达1％,而误诊率也较高[3],仅仅依靠临床表现易与其他偏头痛伴眩晕的疾病相混淆,有效的辅助检查显得尤为重要.
