Abstract
近年来,乳腺癌是中国女性发病率最高的癌症,导致乳腺癌主要死亡原因是远处转移,因此早期发现乳腺癌微转移将可能成为临床指导乳腺癌的治疗的有力依据[1]. 本文探讨改良细胞角蛋白CK19单标法, 应用CK19联合人乳腺珠蛋白-量子点(human mammaglobin quantum dot,hMAM-QDs)双标法检测乳腺癌外周血循环肿瘤细胞 (circulating tumor cells,CTCs),并分析比较两者的检测效果.
