目前,临床上对于后踝骨折的治疗多以内固定为主,常用的内固定材料包括空心螺钉、钢板等.为明确空心螺钉与钢板内固定治疗后踝骨折的临床疗效,寻求最佳的内固定方案,本研究主要对我院123例踝关节骨折中后踝骨折内固定治疗患者的临床相关资料进行回顾性分析.现报告如下.
